Trees can be a challenging subject to capture on paper. Learn how to view this subject in terms of "shapes" rather than a very large object with lots and lots of branches. We'll take a far-away look at trees and break them down into anatomical pieces while discussing the shapes we see. We'll compare evergreens, which will still have their leaves, with deciduous ones, which will be bare of vegetation. Which do you think will be easier?
