Watercolor 10x7” Framed

This piece was a commissioned work for the Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary in Topsfield, MA, where I have a 20+ year relationship as an illustrator and instructor. The image was used to promote a fundraising event and depicts a typical New England meadow full of native flowering plants. I envisioned one of the meadows on the sanctuary as the basis for this painting. Maybe you have a meadow just like this one in your neighborhood?
