Watercolor 11x7” Unframed

In continuing my efforts to paint on-site and hone my en-Plein-air skills, Mount ~Washington in northern NH is always a great subject to work from. With constantly-changing weather conditions and plenty of places to get broad looks at it, I can never tire of painting it. My view here was from the western side, looking above the Mt. Washing Hotel and Resort. I have hiked the Presidential Ridge several times, which adds to the allure and respect I have for this otherworldly place up high.
