In July 2022 Anchorage had so much rain so, using my sketchbook, I went on a mushroom hunt. I didn’t have to go far to find them, and the diversity of fungus was incredible.

I am not much of a mycology consumer, but exploring their shapes, forms, and textures can definitely consume my curiosity!
